Sabroom, July 20: A six-day Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training session, organized under the Poangbari R.D. Block of South Tripura District, concluded on July 16. The event, which began on July 11, saw the participation of thirty-five members from various Self Help Groups (SHGs) across the district.
The training aimed to equip participants with essential entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, fostering self-reliance and promoting economic development in the region. Throughout the six days, attendees engaged in comprehensive sessions covering business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and the importance of innovation in entrepreneurship.
The valedictory ceremony marked the end of the training programme, with significant contributions from Rajib Paul, LC Non-firm, TRLM, Poangbari RD Block, and Director Avijit Chakraborty. Both dignitaries emphasized the importance of such training programmes in empowering local communities and enhancing their economic prospects.
