Smugglers attack on-duty BSF jawan with bricks!

Belonia, Dec 6, 2023: Tension erupted at the India-Bangladesh border near Nath Para area in Amjad Nagar as smugglers targeted BSF personnel with bricks on Tuesday night.

Surendra Singh Bhaduria, a BSF jawan, sustained injuries during the attack.

The incident took place while Bhaduria was patrolling the Nath Para area.

Miscreants allegedly hurled bricks and stones at him, following which the jawan sustained severe injuries.

He was promptly taken to Belonia Hospital.

BSF authorities reported the details of the incident and filed a case at Belonia police station with the names of some suspected accused.
